Package Securely
Place the item in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Send your package via a tracked and insured courier service to our London workshop address provided in your authorization email.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our silversmiths inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
